Foals by Kindly Kate

Kindly Kate is another amazing addition to our program!  We are always on the lookout for small, drafty and well built.  This "type" is not easy to find under 12hh so when we stumbled across Kate, we just had to have her!  She exudes power, presence and grace all in one package and she stamps her foals with her quality!  We also have her granddaughter, Kilmurray Little Prada, to prove this!  Another thank you in the books goes to Padraic Whelan and family (Kilmurray Irish Cobs) for allowing yet another outstanding mare come to America!

We've discovered since her import, her back breeding, and I am BEYOND excited!!  Thanks to a previous owner, Michael Connors, who knew the man who bred her, we now know that Kindly Kate is sired by Andrew Moulden's Barnsley Bill, and her dam is a Cosgrove/Doncaster bred mare!  I have been wanting Cosgrove and Moulden lines added to my program, famously known for thick bone and drafty builds, and my eyes chose what my heart wanted right from Padraic's fields...this mare is a true blessing to our program!

Kindly Kate is proving to throw heavy bone, proper type, exceptional top show quality feather genetics, sweet heads, and excellent balance with good length of leg and neck, on a smaller size!  If you're looking for show/breeder quality, foals from Kate are it!
